Apartment number 17 features 185 sq.m. living space and has a terrace of 95 sq.m.

On top of the rent an additional amount is required of:
€ 400,- per month as an advanced payment for the use of gas/electricity/water
€ 60,- per month for the use of cable t.v. and internet

It is possible to have the full service of the Hilton Hotel at your door step. For € 300,- per month the Hilton Hotel can provide for a weekly cleaning service, including change of bed linen and towels. Additionally you can choose from all the service a 5-star hotel has to offer, like newspaper delivery, room service, babysitting, valet parking, etc. And the hotel is equipped with a fittness centre, a restaurant and a 24 hour reception desk.
